Photos were taken at the 2007 Corvettes at Carlisle Chips Choice by William Wolf, Editor/Publisher of Vette Vues Magazine and appeared in the January 2008 issue of Vette Vues.

This Owens Corning Fiberglass Corvette #12 is one of the Winningest Corvettes that ever raced. It is the 2nd of 3 campaigned by the Owens Corning Fiberglass Race Team which was comprised of Tony Delorenzo and Jerry Thompson. The Race car is restored to FIA Trim and was restored to original specifications by Kevin Mackay at Corvette Repair, with the assistance of Tony Delorenzo and Jerry Thompson, who were the primary drivers for the Owens/Corning team.

EKLHART LAKE, Wis. (Aug. 7, 2016) – Corvette Racing and Action Express Racing gave Chevrolet and the Corvette marque two victories today at Road America in the Continental Tire Road Race Showcase. Oliver Gavin and Tommy Milner won the GT Le Mans (GTLM) class in the No. 4 Mobil 1/SiriusXM Chevrolet Corvette C7.R in a thrilling finish by going from fifth to first in the final seven minutes. It was their fourth victory of the season.

7 Percent Year-Over-Year Decrease Balanced by Predicted Growth in $10+ Million Vehicles

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (August 3, 2016)– Hagerty forecasts $370 million in sales for the upcoming collector car auctions in and around Monterey, Calif., August 18-21. This represents a 7 percent year-over-year reduction in estimated auction sales totals.

With a 5 percent reduction in vehicles offered, more vehicles will be offered in the $10+ million range this year (11, compared to 10 in 2015).
