Vette Vues Magazine, Inc. and the Corvette Chevy Expo introduced a new award at the Dallas Market Hall, Dallas, Texas on September 28, 2013.

The Tri-Power Awards are only available at the Corvette Chevy Expos. These events are all indoor events and held in convention centers.

For years, the Chevy Vettefest Triple Crown Award was the ultimate goal of a Corvette owner who achieved the paramount level of originality and condition. Chevy Vettefest Nationals directors and Gold Spinner Concours President Noland Adams developed the Triple Crown Award.

Vette Vues Magazine, Inc. is continuing the tradition of honoring the Corvette that has achieved the highest degree of originality, condition, and attention to detail. Thus, Vette Vues Magazine, Inc. introduced the Tri-Power Award © at the Corvette Chevy Expos.

To receive the Tri-Power Award ©, a vehicle has met vigorous judging standards at other national events. Applicants must have achieved the N.C.R.S. Top Flight Award ® and Bloomington Gold Certified status before applying and must provide proof of these achievements in order to be considered.

Bill Braun's name is not a new one in the Corvette world. A collector in his own right, Mr. Braun brings with him a diverse background and immense experience. He has served as the Judging Chairman for the Chevy/Vettefest for twenty-two years. He currently heads the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals Judging team and for over twenty years, has held the title of the State of Illinois N.C.R.S. Chapter Chairman. We are pleased to announce that he will lead our team of dedicated professional judges and head up the new award that will honor the best of best in restored and original Corvettes.

These esteemed Corvettes will be inducted into the Tri-Power Award Registry and presented a numbered certificate with their vehicle VIN number prominently displayed. They will also receive a commemorative plaque.

The Vette Vues Magazine, Inc. Tri-Power Award plaque is on a Piano Finish Rosewood Plaque that features a Metal Florentine Plate with Scalloped Edges Engraved with Gold Lettering and measures 9x12. The owner's name is prominently displayed along with the VIN number of the Corvette, the date and location of the award.
